The Poderi del Paradiso wine collection is a mosaic of identity, where each label narrates a unique story through carefully selected varietals.

Our flagship wines, noted for their structure and elegance, include the historic Paterno (pure Sangiovese) and Saxa Calida (a refined blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot), alongside esteemed labels such as Silicum, Bottaccio, and the superb Mangiafoco. A special place in the family's heart is reserved for «A Filippo», a wine crafted in memory of the cherished family cat, symbolising the affection that permeates the estate's work.

The winery masterfully interprets the region's historic denominations, notably the Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG — crafted from the eponymous local grape to produce both the vintage version and the prestigious Riserva Biscondola — and the Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, which captures the true essence of Sangiovese blended with traditional Canaiolo and Colorino.

Our production is completed by the distinctive aromatic profiles of Saubla (Sauvignon Blanc), Lo Cha (Chardonnay), and the delicate Rosa del Paradiso.

We also take pride in our traditional Vin Santo di San Gimignano DOC and refined Grappa di Vernaccia, distilled from the fresh pomace of our "queen" grape.
